SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during weekdays. During really busy seasons, we may take up to 3-5 days. We ship to all EU countries. We ship all orders as parcel deliveries via the Finnish postal service Posti, Posti international, Asendia, DB Schenker, GSL, Matkahuolto.

Please note that our online store is on summer vacation between 3.-30.07.2021. During this time orders can be placed normally online, but they will be shipped from 3.8.2021 onwards.
Total shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Standard delivery is always free for orders over 90 €.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time to Finland is usually between 2 to 8 business days. Delivery time to EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland is usuallybetween 5 to 15 days. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, local post offices´ or import companies strikes or delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor any additional duties or taxes your country may require. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control.
After the order has been processed we do not make any changes to the delivery address.
Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for the goods, you will need to arrange redelivery with the carrier or collect the goods yourself. If you fail to do so within their timescales (usually 7-14 days), the goods will be returned to us and you will need to pay for redelivery.

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES
If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for the product price. The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement.
